Methyl Ethyl Ketone

Uses: Solvent in nitrocellulose coatings and vinyl films, “”Glyptal”" resins, paint removers, cements and adhesives, organic synthesis, manufacture of smokeless powder, cleaning fluids, printing, catslyst carrier, acrylic coatings. Note: Does not disolve cellulose acetate and most waxes.

Hazard:  Liquid causes eye burn.  Vapor irritates eyes, nose, and throat; can cause headache, dizziness, nausea, weakness, and loss of consciousness.  Highly Flammable
